Well I take it each day as it comes Rev - the biggest trauma that season came from the managerial appointment of Dozy Danny Wilson. The Stars were written that day unfortunately.

Oh dear...Gram has started another thread on us now...Saying the Chinese bloke on Look North has heard of United but no mention of Wednesday..

That's obviously to do with the Chengdu Blades that McCabe set up in 2006 (you know, the club that got relegated for match fixing)..But most of em on there are just too thick to realise this...

A blades fan at work told me about this earlier, basically told him what you've just said. I'm sure that was the point of Chendgu Blades? McCabe wanted to tap into a huge overseas market, and if they stayed in the premiership it could have been a good investment and opened up a host of revenue and commercial opportunities in China, but it didn't work due to only a short stint in the Premiership and the club getting done for match fixing.
