I'm so excited about this signing. Really really excited. I can't contain it.
dont know much about the fella TBH ..?
Bolton have signed Crystal Palace midfielder Owen Garvan on a three-month loan.
The former Republic of Ireland Under-21 international, now 26, helped the Eagles win promotion to the Premier League in 2012/13 but made only two appearances in the top tier and finished last season on loan with Millwall.
Garvan, who has played once for Palace this season in the Capital One Cup, is set to make his Trotters debut against Sheffield Wednesday at the Macron Stadium on Saturday.

Dan, don't be so sarcastic! I presume Garvan will be going straight into our development squad?Originally Posted by danm1992

I know where you are coming from chaps, but anything is better than the dross we have at the moment. Or is it ?.
He's that good they have given him to us on loan instead of playing him in there 1st team!
Well it gets even better if reports are true we are set to get Halford on loan its like Christmas has come early.
Well Hodgie you'll be delighted to learn that it looks like it's fallen through due to him being injured!!!!
As for Garvan? Well I'm leaning towards Eric's point of view. He's got to be better than what we've got and even if he's playing to put himself in the shop window then we'll at least get a player who will put a shift in which is more than can be said about most of our squad
We can have a squad of hundreds but it won't make a difference if the management team can't get them well drilled, organised and be able to string a few passes together. DF and his crew have been in the job 2 years and we still have the same problem, can't keep clean sheets. The biggest sin of them all for me is the tinkering and giving players a rest after 2 games, it doesn't work and doesn't incentivise playing to stay in the team. Take at look at Wolves and Kenny Jackett he has played the same team week in week out and I believe he did it last season. It isn't rocket science just common football sense.
