Am particularly impressed by the way you didn't bother to sharpen the image in harmony with the rest of the photo, didn't bother to adjust the contrast/colour in keeping with the rest of the photo and obviously haven't learnt the important lesson that if you don't want to have your Photoshopped heads look like they've been plonked on, you need to slightly blur the edges.
