Unless there are drastic changes and soon. The first of those has to be in the dugout. Stuart McCall has to go, simple as that. The fortune he has enjoyed in recent years, particularly last year when we were rotten for the majority has gone and he is now being well and truly found out. He has no answer to losing a few players to injury and we are paying for his poor performance in the last two summer transfer markets and his non youth policy. Result of that is we have a squad on its @rse, devoid of ideas and confidence and a manager who has no answers about how to change things for the better.

We are in freefall and there is absolutely no sign of any improvement any time soon. With McCall at the helm this team will be relegated because he cannot motivate them to raise their game when required so the thought of us in a dogfight is a sobering one.

At the very time we require leadership off the pitch its worrying that we don't seem to have any. Matters must come to a head shortly surely if there's no improvement on the pitch.

Didn't think an explanation was required in reference to the previous post... but here we go basically it looks like IMHO that "the crew" (the players) are no longer playing for "the Captain" (S.McC). They seem to no longer have the desire or fight to pull us out of the pile of 5hite we find ourselves in. Ultimately they are the ones who will determine our destiny.
