    The game being played in Ashbourne is played every year on Shrove Tuesday. Basically, the town splits into two and it is a free for all where there are two goals at the opposite end of the town. Thousands play and it can get really rough. I went to watch it one year about 40 years ago.

    I've seen it before but the photo of fans balacing on the bits of timber at the Burnley v Palace FA Cup Final is a cracker.

    If Burnley ever get to an FA Cup final in the future I don't think that I'd be able to do that.
