i will update as soon as possible because at the moment I am in hospital after crashing on my bike. I was with a group of riders when the guy who was opening the route failed to respect the golden rule of signaling an obstacle or anything potentially dangerous. I was just behind him when he swerved suddenly to avoid a pot hole thus giving me f,uck all chance of avoiding it myself. At 35k par hour my front wheel went straight in the hole and me over top of my handle bars,
Result...one coller bone,one shoulder blade, 5 ribs and a finger all broken!.
I will layed in here for at least a week then 4 to 6 weeks with Physio
Don't know what hurt most..the broken bones or seeing my front wheel looking like the figure 8
