    Disjointed, Disinterested & Disheartened

What a shambles of a display last night. Yet again we started the 1st half at full tempo , pressing & full of energy then after 15 mins ran out of steam & reverted to our usual type of play - dodgy at the back, slow build up & giving the opposition so much time on the ball. We appear so disjointed & disinterested after the 1st 10- 15 min that it has become predictable, even Uwe sits down on his ar@e after the initial start.
Tonight i thought was Uwe's make or break game & i thought the team would be sent out all fired up , all guns blazing back sadly when no end product was produced after our 1st 15 min we reverted to type. Kiernan & Barnett were so dodgy at the back that Bolton must have been licking their lips to take on these , defensive clearances/ headers inevitably went to a Bolton player , no one seemed to be able to take control of the defense & they just ambled through the game.
As to Fortune he won the ball countless times , held the ball up well but there was never any supp

The only words to describe the game are above, has he gone, Hope so, never mind as a friend said " he's only one man" he's the person that sets the plan, sets the tactics , decides on substitutions , changes the moves tells his team what to do. No. He's failed. Failed badly, sorry but SDW you have to step forward and act, Act now!!!!! for the sake of us loyal fans who travel all over to sup port the boys

Bolton game was beamed worldwide so got to see it live. First half tics had some good chances to score and if they had taken them would have gone in three up at half time. When you don't take your chances with so much possession that gives confidence to the opposing team, sure enough Bolton came out second half and took them.

The lad Clayton who in Bolton's previous game had the same situation put it wide, this time put it through Carson's legs, poor keeping in my book, but it broke the ice and Bolton never looked back.

I see it that it all falls on Uwe, his setup, his team, his tactics. Fortune plays his socks off, but without a fellow front man is too isolated, and the midfielders are not scoring like they should be to make the formation work.
The back line misses some of the experience of Boyce and Ramis, midfield misses Mcarthur, it will take Watson all of this season to get his game back.

Latics are now in the relegation zone for the first time since 2004 season started. This
