Just play with nine men and stick a couple of statues in the middle of the park.We only played with five men yesterday and only lost 1-0.
Why bother with midfield if the intention is to Hoof ball it from back to front
    Miight work that

    collin
    richardson morgan arnie skarz
    smallwood green
    ledesma
    jch bowery pringle

makes us solid with 2 deep midfielders in front of back 4, lets ledsma be the play maker. jch and pringle come in narrow when we dont have the ball to make a 5 in midfield when we do it becomes 3 upfront

then you have derbyshire, newron and frecks as game chaning subs, and milsom to cover left side positions, keeper and broadfoot for defence cover

revell given weekend off with his family he deserves a rest the lad

piece of p*** this football management

Newton deserves a chance. At Swansea he had 15 mins max. Put his foot in an liked a shot that's for sure. Why did the dumpling bring him in not to give him a chance. Now I'm a big frecks fan but give him a rest and put two young hungry lads in the centre mid places in Smallwood and Newton. Bit of pace on one wing in jch and creativity in prings on the other. Bowery up top with height and pace an with derbyshires instinct to get in the box surely eh????

    Or

Collin>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>revell= nowt with revell looking at the bench gesturing.

What's for sure is there needs to be changes in personnel, to freshen things up, and changes in tactics i.e. to a more aggressive, more attacking formation (and to playing football not hoofball!).

    4 1 3 2 formation
    Colin
    A N other Wood A N other Skarz
    Arnie
    Pringle Green Ledesma
    Bowery Derbyshire

We need a full back with pace a central defender with pace Wood is the best CH at the club and a good footballer play Arnie in front of the back four and Derbyshire as he reads the game and runs in behind and Bowery for pace and mobility

Is Brindley fit? He's got a bit of pace and hopefully he can give us a bit of what Tavernier did.

    Collin

    Brindley
    Arnason
    Morgan
    Skarz

    Smallwood
    Frecklington

    Clarke-Harris
    Ledesma
    Pringle

    Revell.

Try and get Ledesma in the hole to give us a link between Revell and the rest. Get JCH and Brindley giving us an attacking threat down the right with Prings getting some crosses in.

Doesn't really matter which team gets played, what they have to do is get back to doing what we're good at, and that's pressing teams all over the pitch and working our bollox off for 90+ minutes, because that, along with the constant long ball, is whats wrong.
