    + or - the Manager

Know way should we be thinking of changing managers. We all know what will happen, we get someone who is hawking his talents around because he has failed and been sacked from his last job !

I have lost count of how many managers we have had now.

We should stick with this guy. He just needs a heavy man to threten the lazy B*gg*rs every other game.

Since I first watched my first game at Fp in Sept 64 when George Smith was in charge, I make it we have had 26 full time managers plus 7 caretakers, totalling 33. A third of those have happened since 'Arry departed for the first time. Some of thoses appear more than once of course. Yesterdays win for us was what we needed big time. The next four games for me are massive, they will have a big say the way our season goes. Weather permitting of course we are at Tranmere, Accrington at home, Cheltenham away then AFC Wimbledon at home on Boxing Day. I know what my good friend Scully will say, we can only wait and see what happens

What would that be Luvvie ?

I will add something which highlights the fine lines between success and failure.

Guys record(prior to sack) 16 games 20 points
    Andy's record 16 games 23 points

    Alot of fine margins however:

League position when Guy sacked - 18th
    Current position - 10th

I hope AA stays but he needs to toughen up. And like he said after the Aldershot game the players are too comfortable. Maybe the entire club needs to toughen up.

He needs to do it himself if he's to be a successful manager.

I expected you to say look what happened after we beat Carlisle 3.0. It isn't rocket science to say we need to maintain our home form whilst greatly improving our dismal away form.

I did indeed say somewhere that us fans are up and down like a Frenchmans flys 3-0 home Carlisle,0-3 away Plymouth (and Aldershot fiasco) 3-0 home to Morecombe...what odds 0-3 away to Tranmere

Interesting to see what score our comp posters go for, sometime after the Villa v Scum game is played tonight.
