According to the commentary on the Rovers player, (it's free for 12 days), same old story. Dominating, playing well go 1 nil up. Everyone stops playing, defence give up, Bolt-on get 2 quick goals. Too much time and space allowed apparently.

Promotion, you're having a laugh with this mentality. Now we're behind, will probably start playing again. As I said, the game Charlton showed what this lot are about. Good enough technically, not got it mentally for 90 minutes. That is regardless of how this game pans out.

When Emile Heskey scores against you it's time to have a serous look at the direction your club is going in and wonder if it's time to fold as an organization. I'm so embarrassed right now.

Rhodes hit the post 4 times and Gestede hit the bar. Suggesting it was just one of those days. Hopefully we can get back on track against Boro.

Thing is champs we seem to have alot of chances but not converting many
teams against us seem to have a better shot to goal ratio is that our defending or taking chances better
This is a issue of motivation and the buck stops with the manager thank you Gary but it's time for a change now.

RR - that is very strange reasoning. How can hitting the woodwork five times be a question of "motivation"? It's a matter of luck and inches!
The inability to maintain form for a whole game is a different issue, but I have now read four reports which said Rovers were desperately unlucky not to score more goals in the first half and the final 15 minutes.
I don't believe they lack motivation, but they do seem to lack defensive nous at times, and on-field decision-making/leadership is also an issue. Clearly, GB has to bear some of the responsibility, but we need to avoid over-reaction.

This is true for his game auks however we do seem to be squandering chances in games and lacking at concentration at the other now who do we blame for this?
The players?well yes but ultimately the buck stops with bowyer our form of late is hardly scintillating and if we continue we will slip out of the play off picture.

Robin - I'm not denying the problem. Clearly, something is not quite working, and the manager has to be held responsible for that. However, this is a very young team and some allowance has to be made for that inexperience. This is why I would like to see David Dunn on at the start. It sounds as if Cairney was anonymous again. He is clearly out of form and I feel Dunny should take his place for the first hour, to provide that touch of class as well as the road-miles.
    There are five possibilities:
    1) We keep GB and he gets us to the play-offs.
    2) We keep him, we miss out, and he is sacked at the end of the season.
