Stability is what Forest need and unfortunately Fawaz made too many cruddy decisions both in appointments and sackings. In addition I feel he's been I'll advised as Pearce should never have been appointed, but after the awful second coming of 'King Billy' (who was appointed again to appease the fans) then Fawaz thought it wise to again get a 'legend' in, again appeasing the fans.

Fawaz has IMO created a bit of a poisoned chalice, money's been spent by all the managers, the chopping and changing has drained the coffers and IMO Fawaz needs to stick with Pearce and ride it through and assess at the end if the season. Will he? Well I think the answer will be known when we play you at the IPro this month I reckon.
