I noticed Stephen McManus wasn't on the above 'out of contract' list, after checking, to my utter dismay, he still has another year to go. This guy has played centre half at the highest level, yet is our worst defender and the cause of too many goals, both this and last season. His decision making, positioning, judgment of the ball, and mentoring to the younger guys around him are shocking. He is one of the top earners into the bargain. Obrian and Kerr are no great shakes, but are still young guys, McManus has no excuse.
