    Clear out required.

Everyone who is out of contract should not be resigned. Everyone of them that can be moved on now should be. Nobody safe from the chop.. The baw is truly bust and change is needed if the team are to stay up.

The board need to make the choice, spend money to stay up or go down to the championship and hope promotion can happen next season.

Agree, however if we go down, and that is likely, I can see us becoming part time if we don't bounce straight back up within a season.

Accept we are going down play the kids for rest of the season giving them valuable experience, same as Hearts did.Get a couple of experienced midfielders in the close season when hopefully money has been freed up,as it stands at present nobody looks like taking a game by the ''scruff of the neck'' and showing a fighting mentality

The issue is the kids aren't nearly good enough, those who are have already been chucked it - we simply need 3-4 new players to stand a chance.

The clubs a shambles from top to bottom what do folk expect. When one of the main men at the club pulling strings was writing the programme and the club website 3/4 years ago tell you all you need to know. The fact we employ utter fuuds like Scott Leitch who hasn't shown the slightest shred of loyalty to our club over the years as director of youth football what do we expect. We bring in players like McHugh , Carswell and Leitch and persevere with them when it obvious to a blind man they aint SPFL standard , what do we expect.

The fact we as a club lost 780,000 over our two most successful s

A clear out is most definitely required, from all levels in the club. We are an utter, utter shambles and excuse for a professional outfit just now and we are dying as a club.

In the boardroom we have the ex media boy in the senior position of General Manager, why I don't know but there you have it. On the park we have a disinterested, overpaid squad of dross, injuries and poor attitudes, assembled by pur previous 'genius' of a manager and on long deals too, and we now have a manager who, despite still being in early days, has failed to show anything of promise thus far and if anything, the attitude of the already lacklustre players has got even worse! Cheap, easy option allowing Kenny Black to stay on the payroll? Possibly, maybe harsh, but the signs are there and as I said, with the shambolic manner in which the club is being run then it wouldn't be a surprise.

We are going down unless St.Mirren and Ross County keep losing, but from evidence of games against both so far this season

A new broom is meant to sweep clean, IB the time for that to happen is now otherwise you will end up getting sacked and these dead beats will still be at the club this includes players, backroom staff, scouts etc.Trying to prevent relegation is BETTER than trying to find a cure when relegation happens.

We need just about a full new team from keeper to striker. There's one or two you would keep but apart from that they can all f*** off. Our keeper although an improvement from what we had last year isn't up to the job, yes he has kept in some games recently but just makes to many basic mistakes and his hopeless in the air. Right back area has to be improved, Stevie Hammell is the only player we have at the club at the moment you could trust but unfortunately is having a mare of a season with injuries. Our centre halves are s****, as simple as that. Our midfield is full of guys who think they should be plying their trade in la liga, the only problem they have is they are not very good and are lazy b******* into the bargain. the only guy who try's a leg in there is lasley, but he is the wrong side of 35 and can't be expected to carry the fight every week. Our strikers couldn't hit a barn door this season, but that's mainly down to midfield with no guile or work ethic, and are as slow as

If the so called superstars like McManus,Ainsworth,Law and even Keith Lasley were dropped or even put on the bench for next Saturday it wouldn't be the worse thing in the world.Kilmarnock are in as much turmoil as us,and will be just as anxious as us not to lose.By dropping or benching these players it gives us the chance to play a quicker tempo game and lets us see what IB is made of.The players who are rested/dropped might then realise that they are not indespensible and a rest is maybe what they need.As the way things are going it looks like it will come down to the games left against St.Mirren and Ross County as I dont see any of us taking many points from the other teams

Off the pitch one of the noticeable things about our current predicament is the atmosphere arounf Fir Park before home matches. It's subdued to the point of being funereal. There's absolutely no 'buzz'. One of the unique features of being a football club supporter is that there's very little we can do to change things on the field; one of the other features is that we turn up through thin and even thinner. So I'll be there when the ref blows for time - up on the final game of the season. Regardless. That said, I have complete respect for the entitlement of others to say they've had enough.
And - whether we deserve it or not - other results have gone our way. We have a breathing space; the club has to find a way of using it to bolster the squad. I hear what other contributors are saying about our team - I watch it as well! - but I hope that we see a measured and managed change of personnel, not a 'night of the long knives'. Some of the players we have can play well enough on enough occa
