Seems pointless doing it 3 weeks after his errors if your sent off you dont wait weeks to be suspended its next game all they have done is not give him a top flight game for 2 weeks and im sure all refs will go through this as theirs more than 6 refs doing top flight games. By delaying it its like a sweep it under carpet punishment unlike in england where if high profile ref makes a whopper like colum does they get stood down for next games
