re: THEY THINK ITS ALL OVER

[quote="Cb0891"]Everyone will blame malky but lets face it the squad is the real issue here. So many players on our books who we have picked up on freebies or for very little money. The likes of taylor(worse left back i have seen in a wigan shirt. Ball watches gets caught out of position and to weak when shoulder to shoulder. Cowie (do i need say anymore) and many more i could mention who just arent good enough at this level. Now if these where squad players and bench warmers that be fine as a stop gap but these dead legs are our first team squad. Then there are the players who we actually spent money on. They are just as bad if not worse. I mean delort and forskin on the bench. Our so called big money signings who just arent good enough. Our scouts need a white stick and a guide dog. The coaching staff and scouts need changing quickly if malky hasnt already started changing things behind the scenes. Malky is going to need at least 2 transfer windows to ship

Isnt that what forums are for to discuss ?
Head in sand = again talking b@ll@cks

In terms of your 'honest opinion' - we are dead & buried with a total lack of fight or passion, with a bunch of players (barring the odd player) merely going thru the motions with no commitment or desire to commit to this relegation cause.

    Happy now?????????

Sadly the likes of Whelan ( who was btw our saviour) are no longr football owners as they have insufficent funds due to the amount of money required in football these days.
Unless a big oiligart / saudi prince deems we are worth buying from Sir DW then we are destined to find our 'middle ground'... wherever that may be

Thats correct and one of the main reasons the club have declined imo is the stringent holding of the purse strings but he dont have the money to keep the momentum which he had made by taking Wigan to the premier league, its a pity he couldnt have found someone with the financial clout, eg like Southampton who were a championship side not long ago and have turned things around very well
