re: David Somers The Rangers Chairman admits it's a new club

Fact 3- in their previous share issues prospectus, Rangers Football Club offered shares to fans in the club, not a company, but the business as a whole. In a takeover scenario which could have happened at all times during administration, shareholding in the club would remain consistent as shares were held in the business and not the company running it. If Bill Ng had bought Rangers, he would be the major shareholder top of the tree of all other current holders of Rangers shares. Rangers shareholders lost everything because they held shares in Rangers and not MIH or Wavetower. Shareholders who invested in the New Club have no legal connection to old Rangers shares unlike someone taking up shares at different times in the same club.

Fact 4 - Debenture holders invested in the longterm future of the club in which one perk was the lifetime guarantee of their current seat. If the club continued, there would be a legal case for Rangers Debentures continuing, they haven't because the new club

Hemmin bluethickstuff, how come you couldnt play in Europe the following season, after you had to start again in the fourth tier of Scottish Football?

Rangers Football Club qualified through its previous placing the previous season... surely the club the started in the fourth tier should've played in Europe, if they're the same club of course...?

Fact 5 - Sevco Rangers fans are currently boycotting the club because of actions of the board of the new company, does that not kinda make no sense whatsoever under the club and company separate entity scenario ? Surely it should be the company that's boycotted ?

The complete lack of the ability to form a reply on this subject tells you even the Zombies know they are a new club.
