No comparison I'm afraid jordan. I'll freely admit that I had no time for Baptiste but accept that he was being played out of position by Freedman and looked woefully inept. Back in his rightful position I'm not surprised he's doing OK for you. Spearing's a completely different kettle of fish. Lennon has turned so many of our players around yet Spearing has been isolated and out of the team so I fear that it's an attitude thing and may not work out quite as well for you.
