[quote="bheron" campaign. I am not blind to the fact that we are poor, we already know that. But we got a point after going down to 10 men, in the past we would have collapsed and lost 3 or 4. There ARE some positive signs there if you look for them.[/quote]

Here here. At half time I feared the worst but the manager changed it around and we got a deserved point. We'd have taken a point before a ball was kicked and bit a hand off for a point at half time.

For sixty minutes we were absolutely dire.

Once we stopped blootering the ball up the park every time we got possession at the back, we looked a better side.
When we started playing football we were putting dangerous balls into the box and I hope we can build on this marked improvement we showed.
Hopefully the break will now give IB an opportunity to get players back from injury and integrate the new players into the team.

I hope the Club appeals against the sending off after yet another incompetent performance from Mr. Collum. There were numerous other calls he got wrong and surely the SFA must now remove him from their list to retain any credibility as a footballing governing body.

We would have taken a point before the game !!!!!! Eh naw we wouldnt. Lets sum this up January 6 games 1 draw 5 defeats. 1 point out of 18. A couple of goals scored and I dont have my abacus to total the conceded ones. If you guys think dropping to second bottom and losing the central defender we got yesterday for a couple of games are pisitives I will assume you will be easy pleased watching Raith Rovers and Dumbarton next year. We have failed again and again and again and the acceptance of utter crap is saddening.St Mirren are now up for it and they will pump us. I have followed this club a long time but I have never seen the lack of courage and fight this lot display.

Why was the sending off wrong? Column got it correct.

Nothing wrong with sending off Im afraid,it was a professional foul and Laing was last man so had to go.Carswell should NEVER be allowed to put on a Motherwell jersey again No pace, heart, positional sense, passing ability he closed our back four down more than St.Johnstone players did by his running towards his team mates to get the ball off them from two and three feet away instead of running into space to give them options to pass to,he really has to GO

Let me get this straight MaddyMFC

You have us relegated already, we are mince , rotten from top to bottom in fact , nothing at all there , its a lost cause and there isnt a single player who should be in the top flight.

But you wouldnt have taken a point at three o'clock today against a top 6 side who kept Aberdeen from going top last week.
