That Alf is TFL not doing their job properly.
All drivers are supposed to report low hanging tree's to Centercom over the radio.
That low tree WAS reported on Saturday or Sunday because I heard it come over the radio which warns other drivers of it, the radio message was sent out "Drivers beware of a low hanging tree on Kingsway/Holborn" it should have been dealt with but obviously wasn't, and no doubt the driver who took it out will get a *******ing if not sacked which is all wrong.
