Thread: Today's XI

    Today's XI

Long, Ramsden, McManus, Lasley, Law, Erwin, Johnson, Laing, Grant, Pearson, McDonald

Ideas at a formation? Could be 3-5-2, 4-4-2, 4-3-3...basically anything.

Just eating my big slice of humble pie. Well done McManus,Ainsworth,Lasley and even Ramsden thought they all had good games, I even said 'well done McManus' twice during the game, so well done lads.
For me Irwin and Law were the best players on the park, just ahead of wee McDonald who's work rate was fantastic. Well done all. Delighted with the effort. Great support today from well fans. Long way to go, but let's enjoy a Sat with that winning feeling.
Only negative was the ref who I thought was appalling, real shocker.

No need for humble pie the team have been utter sh1te all season so anyone who wasnt filled with any confidence before todays game had plenty reason to feel as they did. Thats the first game this season where we've dominated and in the end probably deserved to win. Thats a horrific statistic but if they perform like that until seasons end we will at least make a fight of it.
