Yeah but add on the cost of digging up the drainage twice in two seasons as well as paying for the re seeding / relaying on the two season we are well over the 400,000 mark spent already ... with the undersoil heaing baking the soil as it has done before the drains will need done again at some point. A hefty cost just waiting to happen at some point in the future. The money we have wasted on our pitch for it still to be a sh1teheap could easily paid for something worthwhile.

My main concern with a 4G playing surface would be our recent results on similar surfaces gubbed by Kilmarnock,5-0 Accies,1-0 Albion Rovers doesn't inspire reason for change

I hardly think that would continue if we were playing on our own every week.

You'll have to excuse me, I haven't heard so much tosh in all my life, all this speculation about new players, new pitch, new stadium, all from a twitter by the general manager telling us to expect more good news on and off the pitch!!! I must be really old school, I'd sooner wait until the "news was announced" than speculate (and fall out) on some imagined fantasies.
On reflection maybe I have it all wrong and that we should collective write a book I have certainly read books that were total fabrication, maybe this is a way to raise cash...come up with a bestseller. Done I didn't realise I was so brilliant, all it takes now is for someone to start it off, how about LSM he's always good for a laugh and should really be able to get things started, nothing controversial though, keep it like you always do, i.e we're doomed, we're mince, could'nae tackle a fish supper etc.
