Well...it didn't stay like that. Wigan and Fulham get a point each and Ghost of Dusty M gets his wish.

I wanted a Fulham win but not too disappointed.

Brighton defeat is a bonus.

Wigan need more than a point a game to catch us even if we lose our last 5 matches.

Millwall become the danger now. They have a tough one as well tomorrow, v Watford.

Dream scenario - we snatch a win, Watford do us a favour and we could be 18th and 10 points clear of the drop zone with 4 to play.

Likely? Not very, but who knows?

The team will be sat in their hotel in the N/East tonight having an orange juice and getting ready for Saturdays battle...and yes it will be a battle.
