Will we be in a position to attack new players

Noticed my typo .. Will we be in a position to attract new players?
Always p$ssed me off how we never capitalised on our SPL finishes. Money squandered Europa and turds.
Fact either Championship and/or a squad of turds next season.
Who would come ? Who could we afford ? We start season with new squad = deja vu and before know it bottom of the league the entire season. I can’t see where we go from here and perhaps Championship preferable option and rebuild.

Whichever division we're in we'll need to rebuild completely - but I don't subscribe to the view it's easier in the First Division.

McCall successfully rebuilt winning sides various times, ironically it was last summer when he could keep virtually everyone he wanted that the rot started.
