Doing ok?...sinking fast with Poyet, correct decision in my humble opinion to get rid, playing a little more direct under D1ck, Poyet's footy towards the end was painful to watch :/

Advocaat doesn't have any leeway regarding style of play, and he needs the team to get the ball in the box before we can get it in the net. I'll settle for that for the rest of the season, but yes, big changes needed.
