Spurs have 2 points of the 9 they could have if they had signed the needed players. A disadvantage of Levy's negotiation system. It looks like we are now focused on 2 players but the clubs are nor really prepared to let them go. Berahino and Wanyama will certainly round out the team but I'm not sure we saved much money by waiting. I am certain that it has cost us at least 5 and probably 7 points in the standings.
