Shearer was even worse for England, overrated. Did nothing. Only played well for them when he played for Southampton and Newcastle. For the exact period he was at Rovers, he did nothing, for BOTH Rovers and England.
The best players who got a cap where Carlton Palmer and Geoff Thomas, who both won premier league titles whereas Rippers and Handdbag won nothing!!! Never even played in the top flight.
Le Saux was the worst LB of all time, anywhere. Of any sport. He was a nothing player who won nothing.
