    Other Matches Thread Continued

I do appreciate games that don't include Wolves may not appeal to all. As an open forum i've created this thread for those that enjoy watching games involving other sides. No doubt mud will be chucked about in other threads by others, but what you read from me in this thread will be my own opinion.

Everton v Sunderland first up today in the premier league.

    I'll post on my own

1-0 Everton, Deulofeu with the goal on the break for his side. Sunderland have already hit the post on two occasions. Goals that count though.

2-0 Everton, too many Sunderland players standing off as Lukaku plays in Kone, excellent finish by Kone.

Excellent finish from Defoe to pull a goal back for Sunderland, poor defending by John Stones, 2-1.

All square and 2-2, Steven Fletcher heads in van Aanholt cross, great work from Jermaine Defoe in the build up.

Make that 3-2, Deulofeu ball in put past his own keeper by Coates.

Morning Gav, hope you are keeping well. Just catching up with things at the airport. Sun/Everton quite a game eh? Nice goal from Defoe.

Good win for us yesterday? I am glad Williamson had a good game maybe it is the start of a permanent improvement to our defence. Just one game though! I didn't even know we had signed Holt, who knows used in the right way at the right time he may prove useful.

    Bloody hell 4-4 now!!

    Sorry 5-2!

Everton 4-2, superb weighted pass by Deulofeu to put Lukaku in, too much pace to take him past Wes Brown and round the Sunderland keeper to score.

Now 5-2, i can't type quick enough. Everton counter-attack does Sunderland again, Kone with his second of the game.

    I'm good woody and you?

This game has had everything so far. Wolves needed to get back to basics yesterday and Williamson showed his experience. Wolves pressed Blues and never gave them too much time on the ball. Both players, Williamson and Holt are old heads and hopefully the younger players can learn from them.

    Have a good trip woody.
