Just watched the SKY documentary on him and Crewe got a mention when he came to us on trial.
So Gudjon cost us Matthew Lund and Ben Marshall as youngsters and Craig Dawson and Jamie Vardy as potential purchases.
Some legacy he left!

Think we did. Gradi said he wasn't what we were looking for and we' d go with what we've got.

The SKY programme had Stocksbridge Steels manager on and he specifically said we had just appointed a new manager who wanted experience. We did try again years later but we couldn't compete with Leicester.
