Sparred a couple of rounds with Danny Dignum over in Brentwood this morning was a fair way of his level and was even dropped a couple of time , fitness was average was blowing outta my ass by the end of the second round but more importantly my timing Was excellent and my technique didn't let me down even at 44 the lads in the club think i could win fights at county level which i was chuffed with , the power has gone from my shots and the speed has waned 10 percent but the timing is better than ever looking forward to the challenge
