    You pay a great disrespect towards one of your favourites. It's Al Bowlly who would have gone on to greater heights were he not killed in the London Blitz.

    I do know the difference you know. Jolson was Ok too.

    Bowlly wasn't English by the way, even though he lived here much of his life.
