I suppose it would help the smaller teams like portsmouth, less games and division 5 instead of non league.
Less stigma attached and yet another league they could win.....maybe.
I reckon they would piiss division 5.

If the league adopt this then it's odds on Skates finish bottom of L2 but cheat being non league because the league expands to 5 divisions. Cheating. It's in their DNA.
In effect what this means is less teams per division = less games = less income at the gates. Hardly ideal when you are already in the lower leagues.
