I spoke to the little cunt on Thursday and told him he's on an four week improvement plan which I will ansess closely. I gave him the opportunity to tell me the truth aboot finishing early before said meeting and he still stuck to his story so I told him I knew he were lying but we'd start with an clean slate on the proviso it doesert happen angain.
