Except your not the one currently losing thousands of pounds a day due to Brexit are you? New regulatory frictions causing disruption to trade between the UK and the EU are an “obvious and inevitable” consequence of Brexit – and can be expected to be permanent, Michel Barnier has warned.

It comes as a document from Boris Johnson’s government revealed emergency measures planned at UK ports to prevent food shortages. Up to 300 empty lorries a day could be fast-tracked “to expedite” their the return to the EU, where they can be restocked with supplies.
