He is everything to Portugal, and the Portugese People....He has Surpassed even Eusebio and Luis Figo to become the greatest Player & goal scorer to represent their Country and i think he was genuinely devestated that he had to come off in the Final...
I`ve got a lot of time for him if im honest even if he at times appears arrogant & petulant, he is still great to watch and Portugal would not even have made it out of their group had it not been for his Goals...
He is allowed to do whatever he likes on the field, he has taken 45 `Direct` free kicks for Portugal without scoring from any yet still he collects the Ball for the next one and absolutely NOBODY complains or challenges him....There`s a specific reason for that!
