The DET says he ,Mackenzie has a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science (Psychology) and a MSc in Psychology of Sport. He completed a PhD in Performance Analysis in Professional Football at Loughborough University before joining Spurs. So that should be good for spotting players. Our last head scout, the one that spotter the Spanish wonder back and other didn't have any qualifications like that.
