I don't think it is as easy as that. If a Brit has dual nationality.....for example Brit/Pakistan....then yes you can strip that person of the British nationality and then send him/her to the other country...but for a Brit who comes back from fighting or training with ISIS in Syria how do you create a stateless person? Where does that person go if he has no nationality,no passport,nothing?
