If you like corned beef, cheap filling meal..
( too working class for kempo)
    1 tin of corned beef
    Potatoes
    1 large onion
    Sprinkling of pepper
Bisto best gravy (square glass jar)
Half a block ( or as much as you want) extra mature cheddar cheese..

Slice corned beef, 3 peeled and sliced potatoes ( like thick crisps), and a chopped onion, add to a casserole dish..add pepper..
Pour on a pint (or more) of made up gravy..
Cover with foil, cook for 1and a half hours, gas mark 6.. while cooking, do a seperate pan of potatoes to mash...when cooked, make sure the gravy is at least an inch below the top of the dish to allow for the mash..
Spread the mash across the dish and then cover the mash with the sliced cheese..
Put the dish under a hot grill for 5 minutes, done.. makes 4 massive platefuls..bet you want more..
