Was watching a Breakfast BBC'S item about whisky and how it had managed to make Scottish Whisky into a "Great British" success story with it exports around the globe growing whilst England's exports fall.

It's the largest export in the UK with Scotland's exports of whisky making up over 25% of all British exports.

So our 40,000 whisky industry workers are responsible for a fourth of all exports

When we are independent whisky will provide us with 5 billion + pounds a year in foreign currency earned. Only this time, it wouldn't be stolen and completely wasted to pay for tax cuts for the home Counties filthy rich.

Just think what Scotland could do with this great windfall.
