    Luton Town v Crewe**Match Predictions**

    Unless there's a massive improvement from the last four games I can only see a defeat to a very strong Luton Team, 1-3.

    Know what you mean, but I'll go for 1-1.

    Spot on indeed - and a decent performance to boot!
    A point was the least we deserved but for a spell in the 1st half and 15 or so in the 2nd when they lumped it forward. Even all their subs were over 6 foot so you pretty much knew what their tactics were going to be.

    A vast improvement on what I have witnessed so far this season and an enjoyable game.
    All the players were decent in spells although I am concerned that Kirk is a bit lightweight. Lowery looked very promising when he came on for him at HT and had a hand in the goal, expertly finished by Lowe, heading back across the keeper.

    Good support too.
    Onwards and upwards.

    One foot-note;
    There is one guy who I always see at away games who is nothing but a loud mouth. Thought it very amusing when he started a lone chant of "Davis out!" only to be told by a few to shut up! His response - "**** off!" Tells you all you need to know about him

    It tells me he knows more about the Alex than you do - 3 seasons of boring tripe football cannot be swept under the carpet. How Davis has kept his job is one of life's mysteries. #davisout

    The 'Travelling Alex' is a strange and wonderful breed. I have seen them in action (not at Luton) and they have a moan when necessary, but they give total support to the players - and it is noteworthy that the players respond to such support.
    A shout of 'Davis out' is, away from home certainly, inappropriate if not downright insulting to the lads on the pitch.

    Thanks for the 'report' Somerset. It looks as if we have a squad that's gradually showing the team spirit and awareness that I last saw when we were solidly mid-table in Div 1. This may be down to the management; the management and the senior team members; the senior team members encouraging the newer, younger ones. I don't know.

    I know we have seen some dross this season; we have seen some excellent passing; some embarrassing defending; some cracking goals; and some great moves. If supporting the players on the pitch is what works - and the Travelling Alex are the epitome - then more cheering and less whinging may be the way forward.

    Need more wins though, four out of 12 games is average I'm especially at League 2 level.

    Of course everyone is entitled to their opinion, however wrong it is. For anyone going to an away match and shouting "Davis out" is totally inappropriate. It is inappropriate wherever it is being said this season. The manager has done little wrong this season and much right. Support the team or stay away. That is my opinion. And I am entitled to it.
