    Prediction League - Aston Villa

Can't say I'm unhappy with how the season has started for Villa. Only one win, seven draws and three defeats. It puts them in 19th place and forced an early managerial change. RDM is out, and who knows who will be coming in. If I were Villa, I'd just pick Steve Bruce. If he doesn't get them promoted this year, then he most likely will next year. He's a good manager for this division, even if I don't think he's necessarily a quality manager for the long term.

Despite the awful start, I don't think Villa should be taken lightly. They have two forwards that know how to score in this division in Ross McCormack and Rudy Gestede. Those are two guys I'd gladly take on Wolves (for the right price). However, Villa are not scoring goals at a high enough rate considering their talent. They've scored the fourth least amount of goals in the division thus far. Inexcusable for a club their size. I'd say they're the second biggest disappointment in the division next to Derby County. To Villa's credit, they've conceded only 12 goals so far, which puts them in the top 8 in that category. Knowing Wolves luck, Villa will be motivated by the interim manager and beat us 4-0 at Villa Park. But I'm not quite that pessimistic.

Michigan - you're dead right, we haven't scored anywhere near what we should have considering the players we've bought and the reason is the team is set up top heavy with a lightweight midfield so long periods of possession with little end product. Confidence is low too so when we have a 1 goal lead the nerves kick in and the crowd gets edgy.

    2-2
