    Wolves v Leeds Matchday Thread

Any game against Leeds is one i look forward to, there's always a bit on the edge to it. Neither side have enjoyed much from their last four games, this fixture usually produces a few goals, so hopefully Wolves can get back to winning ways.

I think it is a must win today. Despite playing some exciting stuff at times we are inconsistent and our points return from the last 10 games good enough

having seen the line-up, I have to say its as close, on paper to the best line-up I would have wanted, biven the fit players available and the squad.

I agree 100% with the players we have on the field we should be creating more chances and more importantly finishing them. From what have heard on Wolves World and seen on the telly if we are going to look dangerous on the ball it always comes in the second half. This has to be addressed because there are long periods where we seem to stand off letting sides get a feel for the ball and 9 times out of 10 they score. But when we get possession our passing looks rushed,we look uncomfortable on the ball with too many misplaced passes and wasted free-kicks. Off course the players need time to get used of playing with one another but sometimes we seem to lack ideas and it takes a piece of individual skill to make things happen which is worrying.

Quiet on here tonight.....34' and Teixeira gets a yellow for a foul on Sacko. So far Wolves have applied most of the pressure, but there has been several delays that have broken up the flow of the game. A very scrappy affair !!!

45 + 5 and Edwards sees yellow following a foul on Sacko (Leeds must be using Sacko as bait)....HT and it's 0-0.

We need to convert some of these chances in the second half. Let's hope we can up our game as so often happens after half time.

Yes it is! Zenga is a Chinese corporate mistake. Look how Villa's results have changed since Steve Bruce took over. I hope we are looking for another manager who can do what is expected with the players we have.

FT Wolves 0 - 1 Leeds (Roofe in the 70')

I think you could be right, Plates' !!! After this result I imagine Walter will have some explaining to do to the new owners. After the money they've invested to re-establish Wolves back in the Prem, they must be wondering what the hell is happening. As things stand at the moment I don't think dear Walter will see it through to the end of the season.
..... p-ssed off and bewildered I'm off to my bed.
