    Tony Pulis

Just been given an improved contract.

Good on him. A solid football man that oozes integrity and honesty.

It's hard to believe that unwashed tramps are questioning the decision, fans of a club that size should wake up every morning and thank God they have a manager of Pulis's stature.

He's done and is doing an excellent job, i don't expect them to get relegated under his leadership.

What gets me '71 is what do they really expect?
The term "punching above their weight" was made for that club.

Fresh off a new contract, a 0-4 loss at home. Only three points off the drop zone now.....

Though I would expect they'll be ok. Too many other poor teams.

I would swap our league position for theirs. I doubt they will get relegated under Pulis. I think being part of the greed league means their fans have become footballing snobs. Many of them would have said no to Tony Pulis if it meant he tried to implement the type of football played when he managed Stoke. A lot believed everything the press wrote. A Tony Pulis side knew how to defend, but also played with decent wingers. Wolves have been on the receiving end a few times against them.

No one really knows what goes on behind he scenes at aany club, what restraints Pulis works under, but one thing for sure is he gets results, but not at the moment.

OK i'll take the bait. I don't think you will find many Albion fans who expect us to be challenging for Champions league football, unlike you lot, who were saying stuff like that on here when yet another billionaire picked up the poisoned chalice.
All we expect is for our team to show a bit of passion and attacking intent, maybe a decent cup run, and a place in the top ten is feasible for a "club our size."
We have no illusions about how big we are in todays game, and don't live in the past when we cheated to win a friendly in a game that those who took part in are no longer alive.
This little club of ours has a bit of money now, and all of it was made by the club itself, not having to be bailed out by successive sugar daddies after the ground became derelict and the team were in div 4.
I don't expect us to waste it like you lot continually waste yours on a dream that will never happen.

Our "little club" have had gates of over 60,000 a few times in the past, something your big club has never achieved. We also have spent more time in the top flight, won everything and probably song everything first, and are well ahead in the so called Black Country derby, even though only one of us is in the Black Country...and it isn't you.

But as i say, we don't live in the past, it's here and now that counts, and we are were were are and you are were you are.

Do they still play Perfect Day on the Wolf?

    Have a nice day.

    Afternoon

Oh well, looks like I'm STILL after that elusive big fish.

I can never seem to catch one, must try a different bait.
