I use Poundland in Uttoxeter a lot and its comedy gold, albeit Poundland has now rebranded itself as Poundland plus, rather spoiling my friday lunchtime fun

ramAnag It's probably because Poundland started in Burton. There's now a Poundland Surplus store in Burton where they sell everything that they can't sell in their other shops. Many items are over a £ but people still buy them thinking they're a bargain.

i was stuck in queue in our local one other day they do have some bargains the one in nottingham has loads of rose tinted glasses i hear .
