Yes they could have but opted to bring on two other subs in the last minute of extra time that took the first two penalties in the shoot out

Big mistake. The keeper is the most important player in the team during penalty shootouts.

A good manager would have changed the keeper before the penalty kicks. Man Utd don’t have a good manager.
