Brave Jerry Yates…..how a centre forward should perform…..

Take a bow young Jerry Yates…..you showed what playing centre forward is all about…take note Blackstock!

It was very brave of Jerry to play today as his Grandfather passed away last night….the raw emotion of the lad running to his family at full time and then cry uncontrollably said it all….a very passionate and emotional day for him all round…..

Now on to the other part of Yates….this is his last season with us and if the board screw up on this raw young talent not being offered a new contract and quickly then they need to ask themselves if it's not time to stand aside and put the club up for sale as that not happening would show they are not really interested...

Take a bow Jerry Yates. What an inspired performance that was today under what must have been very difficult circumstances .
I echo what Brin said.Blackstock should be made to watch that game back because that is the type of performance he is paid to do but sadly doesn't look interested in delivering.
Good game from Adeyemi and Newell too. Well played lads

Didn't know his contract was up at end of the season, we should be offering a new deal immediately otherwise the club are gonna miss out on alot money in the future me thinks.

Superb performance from one of our own and I also hope the club get him signed up on a 3 year contract without delay.
