Everything is bad for you unless consumed in moderation. I don't buy into it all to be honest and i certainly dont trust the reports, although i do agree some things are bad for you over all. Processed meats and dairy i think are the worst things a human can consume, but must of us do it. I have known a couple of people now who have smoked, indulged in plenty boozing and lived a pretty inactive lifestyle and made it well into their 80's. I live by rule of do what you want, but do it in moderation.

We had a mouse in the house a few years back we caught it in a humane trap and released it out in the forest out the back of my house
I'm not here to kill anything everything has the right to live.
Flies wasps and bees get released too via a window or the door.
Just the way we are the whole family is like that .

Never drank,took drugs or smoked.
Was careful and sensible
Then killed by a truck in a freak accident.
Forget the "this weeks bad food scare story"
