Wasps are the one thing I happily exterminate.
Excessively focusing on particular foods rather than your general health is pretty pointless.
Being overweight, a smoker and/or an excessive drinker will all be far more important to your health later in life than the number of bacon sandwiches you ate.
My wife is an emergency doctor and says that the vast majority of people she sees daily with chronic health issues (Type 2 diabetes being especially common) are related to diet, drug usage and lack of exercise. Basically, if you're a fat f*** who drinks 20 pints at the weekend you have far bigger issues to worry about than whether you burned your toast this morning.
Sure, you hear about folk who eat healthily and jog every day and they drop dead of a heart attack in their forties but statistically taking some care of yourself when you are younger will pay off later in life.
Everything in moderation, including excess.
Yes people drop down dead whilst running .
But considering there's over 10 million people out running in this island there's no surprise a few will die of a heart attack that would have more than likely happened anyway.

There's no doubt that excersizing helps with movement of the body into old age keeps you in good condition it's a great excersise for mental well-being.
Many people who take up running often change their diets to a much more healthy one.ive seen folk take up running even when they retire . Taking your health into your own hands with diet and excersise is good .
What a fortune the NHS would save if we did just that.
