Oh aye, what's the magic number of cancelled DDs that prompted the board to act?

As you say time will tell but you can only hope his team picks and tactics arent as timid as McGhee. Some of McGhee's tactics / player selections were truly baffling. However as McDonald was saying in the press players need to take individual responsibility. The basic errors they are making are criminal.

The 'magic number' was enough it would seem, in conjunction with increased vocal disharmony. Some folk seem to forget what pi55 poor performances, and humiliating defeats we've had the past 6 weeks. Good riddance to the arrogant a-hole.

What is true is that if we want someone experienced, they will have failed somewhere at some point. Robinson certainly wouldn't be my choice but if the board decides his pros outweigh the Oldham con, fair enough.
Our very own 'Brexit' moment. We knew what we wanted shot of, but with no clear idea of what we would get instead! Some idea of the way forward / stability before the split is essential. We'll need a coherent and organised management structure if we're facing a bottom - six dogfight. A house divided...........

I think we need to ask why Robinson failed at Oldham. Ostensibly it was his budget was cut after he was appointed, but that will be up to our Directors to analyse that.
