Harsh if probably correct could be down to the guy not getting the benefit of the doubt. I think we've all seen instances of guys getting sent off by some refs where others mightn't have sent them off. And the reverse is true as well - see that recent assault on one of yer own players. Wee McDonald's recent red card looked harsh but possibly technically correct to me. It happens.

BTW, the huns don't have a monopoly on dearth of grey matter

Perhaps not - but they certainly have by far the largest market share...

Hardly wishing to be picky, but I'm still not convinced that a decision can be "harsh" and "correct" at the same time. Surely it is almost always either or? A second yellow for taking your shirt off might seem to be both, but if you act like an idiot you deserve to be treated like one...
I haven't actually seen Kiernan's tackle so don't know which one it was, but this monkey sounds suspiciously like the one quoted last week... " Do you really think they were a better team (i know, over the year they proved to be) then us?"

    Fkn clowns...

If your team are 3-0 & you're given a straight red for a professional foul in the last minute of injury time, that would be both correct & harsh.
