Having run Message Boards before, I appreciate how difficult it is, but the 2 main reasons I rarely post on here are:
1. It never seems to remember my user name and password. I had to re-register to post this message. It has taken me over half an hour. I understand why usernames and passwords are needed, my own site was hacked the other day and had over 18,000 posts made to it in a day and a bit, but there must be an easier way than taking half an hour to post every time.
2. The advets are just too intrusive. Again, I understand the need for adverts, I would hate to run a message board on my own, the owners of this site have to make money from it somehow, but I feel they could do it without making the user close 3 pop ups and have to scroll miles down the screen to make a post.

No slight intend on the admins of this site, moderating a Message Board is a horrible job which they are doing really well!

I know that GB1, Gordon Harper, Toffeehamer etc have for some reason never been able to post on FM again since the last time the site made changes in 2016.
